My neighbors set an all-time record this year! Already they have their Christmas wreathes on the windows, garland around the pillars on their front porch, and get this...have FIVE Christmas trees put up and fully decorated! The trees range from 6 to 10 feet. Perhaps I'm missing something, we just buy a live tree about 7 feet tall, stick it in front of a large window and that's that.
Well, with about 45 days till Christmas, I guess they wanted to get ready early...normally they wait a few more weeks.
Didn't we just have Halloween? Oh, my neighbors love Halloween too, they used to have a "trail of terror", chain saws and all with about a dozen people participating in scaring the hell out of everyone. My wife and I try to avoid the "event" by going to dinner and a movie.
