Yes! Remember, we're talking Basic Strategy ONLY here. If you're counting, stick with the indices of your counting system.
There are two things at work here:
If your hand contains a Six, that is one less Six available for the dealer to have under his Ten. Even with six decks, in most cases that makes enough difference to make standing the better EV play.
If your hand contains Four(s) and/or Five(s), those are cards YOU need to make a hand and the DEALER would need if he's got a stiff hidden under his Ten.
I will repeat the two rules for you:
STAND a 3- or more-card 16 vs the dealer's Ten EXCEPT:
1. When your hand contains a Six and another card >= Six. The *only* exception is 63322 (note the exception contains no Fours and no Fives); and
2. When your hand contains a Ten and no other card > Three.
Also, please note this is one of the relatively rare occasions when SOTSOG and I agree on something.
