My company has offered me a postion in Vegas and I'm hoping to get some input from locals to help make my decision.
I'm an Account Executive for a mortgage lender. I understand the real estate market is booming in Vegas but I still have a few questions. I don't want to bore everyone else on this page so if someone with knowledge about Vegas R.E. could email me that would be much appreciated.

No Sagamore Bridge traffic trying to get to the Cape +
No horrific traffic jams on I-93 trying to get anywhere North +
No Route 128 +
No Route 495 +
No Callahan tunnel +
No Teddy Kennedy ++
A place for you to throw parties for your BJ21 cronies ++
No Red Sox games ---
I suggest you look at the Sumerlin area, I believe NW of Vegas.
I would also encourage you to contact Al Rogers, or call BJ21 directly and chat with him about life in Vegas.
