Which basic strategy plays swing?
Which indices swing the most?
I'd say that 99% of the 21 literature I've seen don't address this. And I can't imagine that any playing errors are materially bad.
Am I wrong?

A7 vs Ace is break-even Hit/Stand in Double Deck, if S17.
Hit much better in this situation, if H17. Makes sense, since the dealer is likely to improve his hand on the draw, so player needs to be more aggressive on the draw. 18 s/b thought of as a Fair hand, nothing stronger than that.
Agree, it sounds more sensible.
