Hello Everyone!
I understand that CSMs are to be run away from, but I just wanted to ask the following question in the hope of getting educated. I believe Mohegan uses 4 decks in their CSMs.
Sequence of steps:
1. dealer places the previous rounds' cards in the discard tray
2. dealer deals the next round out to the players
3. dealer then inserts the previous rounds' cards from discard tray into the CSM.
Assuming a full table and that there are ~ 3.5 decks left when the dealer deals the hand, can't you cardcount the previous round and use it to determine your bet for the current round?
I understand that doing this would likely result in very few hands where the count would be "favorable", but if one had the patience to wong in and out, could you do this?
Thanks for any info.
take care,
Mike
