I think I remember reading something on Arnold's site about the MIT book being part of the public record at a trial, and that anyone could request a copy of same. He (I believe he) recommended getting a friend to order it since he was suspicious that the casino folks might be able to determine who has requested a copy, which would expose them to difficulty if they use real player's cards...
