Please tell us your story about how you were able to beat the casino and walked away with a plastic tray full of gray chips.

"It was interesting reading the posts here about dying of BJ card counting at the States while it is live and well at where I play... outside of the US... a never never land for some people who thinks USA is the only country in Earth. I like to post some legends I know personally here and invite fellow posters here of their stories including progessionists. Truth can only be revealed by facts. Please note that only true stories should be considered as "legends" and hopefully by recording here, the stories will be passed on generations by generations. Please notice some legends occurred at not long ago which was an encouraging sign of AP is not dying, at least at somewhere on earth.
1. Stories of Q
Q might be the fastest advantage players making most money from AP activities in the history...? He learned card counting from my books in 2004, started playing at mid 2004 at a cruise whicvh used CSMs with positive off-the-top game when including rebates. He brought US$5,000 to the cruise at weekends. He was a policeman for 6 years, entered Police academy mid 2003. He did not like what he have learned of being a police officer for the rest of his life and started considering other alternatives. He went to the cruise 30 over times bringing his relatives later losing only one trip. he went to Cambodia during winter holiday finding the good rerbate programs at Korea and Malaysia. he went to Korea and made money there. Players could get US$2,300 buying only US$30,000 at a casino there then giving the player about US$1,1,200 profit... the US$30,000 junket chips could only play at Bacarrat tables. Rolling US$30,000 meant betting about US$60,000 and would cost players US$750 on average. he borrowed US$90,000 from his and his girl friend's credit cards and started flying back and forth between his country and Korea. He finished his school at mid 2005 and became a full time player. He hired 20 people as figure heads paying them about US$1,000 a month. he and his girl friend each brought about a dozen people going to Korea on 3-day trips. They made 130 over trips between them taking about US$5 Million from this one casino in 9 months. Chief of this casino went to a Gaming Management School during this period. I met his classmate who told me that guy wondering why his casino did not make good money...
At early 2006 the casino started imposing more terms on the junker program asking players putting 12 hours extra st Baccarat or BJ tables after finishing the US$30,000 junket chips. Q and wife led their players playing basic strag\tegy and counting cards to qualify for the 12 hours. He brought his relatives to Korea adn trained them card counting. Many of them became good counters and he shared his new found skill and wealth with them. He brought 2 players with him to attack the second good game he knew at Malaysia. The game was 0.35% positive off-the-top with rebate on CSMs. He, his wife and sister-in-law played on 24-hour basis taking US$1 M from one table in 8 months. I never played CSMs. I was going to a tumore removal surgery. Q visited me telling me his acchievement from Malaysia. I tipped him of a simlar agme at Macau. He went. When I came out of the hospital two weeks later. He made HK$1 Million (about US$125,000)US$125,000) already. I went to meet him at Macau. He played together with his girl friend. He gave me 3 small gold bars worthy about 100,000 HK$ then. We played together at the game for another 4 weeks. He won further HK$4.2 Million(including rebates). I made HK$600,000. He gave me another 3 Kilos god bars(worthed HK$420,000 at then US$660 an ounce gold price).
Q and realtives made about US$ 5 Million net after expenses between mid 2004 to September 2007. He gave me total about US$100,000 worth of gold(at current $1,000 an ounce price). He gave also generously to his relatives. I heard his 24 years old sister received about US$700,000. His wife(former nurse), 2 sisters, a brother(also apoliceman before), sister-in-law( clerk of a wedding dress stors amking less than US$1,000 a month, she won over US$1 Million playing alone), brother-in-law, brother of brother-in-law, brother's brothger-in-law are all full time players now.
2. My Story
I came across similar rebate programs at Korea, Philipine and Macau in 1993. I made about US$1.5 Million then between 1993 to 1995. I became BJTraveler playing at 52 countries afterward and made about US$1.5 Million. None of my reatives became full time player...
3. Story of Andrew Scott
I heard this from him. He was restricted to play at all Australian casinos. He set up a BJ School. A TV station televised his story. He taught over 3,000 students. He formed a team at peak with 80 over players making uS$35,000,000 in the process. "

Maybe some people think white people have trouble in asian casinos and asians don't. People who think that would be correct.

I witnessed this somewhere in America about 10 years ago. He supposedly had never played before. I didn't watch much of his play, but he never left the table for a piss break. He had stacks of $1,500 chips. I had to think something was up but the casino appeared to give him no heat. Can a ploppy get that lucky playing 2 or 3 ands of $1,500? I don't recall seeing him spread or ramp.

who built a $2,000 session bankroll into $80,000 in one night. Did not witness it but this is what she told me and I have no reason not to believe her story. She is not even a good BS player. She bought a few things with the winnings and then lost the equivalent of it and more on a subsequent trip.

I put this post about legen AP stories trying to encounrage fellow counters who face the depressed BJ coditions at the States. I have no problem taking my posts off if some dislike seeing them.

It's a fact of life that at least one gambler always disagrees & makes you mad in this forum. We have lost lots of good posts already, (i.e., posts of Grosjean, Kardcountr, Humble, etc.) Please don't delete your posts because of one gambler who speaks his mind.

Education from expert like you is the best weapon against casinos. Here is another reason why you should not delete your posts: casinos don't want you to educate their customers. When you delete your posts, casinos get their wishes come true. If you keep deleting your posts & left readers in the dark & uninformed, then casinos win, win, & win without any fear of good APs.

By the way, if casinos have their unshamful way of advertisements, they will come up with this new tag phrase: "Uneducated players are our best customers."

After reading Dog's informative post, won't you agree that casinos would love to delete Dog's contribution to keep readers in the dark, right?

I was also disappointed with not learning new legends. Perhaps there were not many legends in the States... sigh...
