Promotion is next ,when i get 10 same color BJ i get 10 times (minimum)bet.(I play flat bet minimum)

You can calculate the value of the promo easily as follows:-
The probability of a same colour BJ is 2*(1/13)*(1/2)*(4/13) = 4/169.
If you have to get 10 of these to get paid a bonus of 10 times the minimum bet, you are getting paid 1 minimum bet for each. The increase to EV is 4/169 = 2.3669%. This assumes the bonus is not affected by a dealer blackjack. It also assumes that you will continue to play until you get a bonus or probably many of them.
You may not be able to continue for long because the casino may realise that they are losing money. If that happens, you may lose the increase in EV for the last few hours of play. Look for a fast table.
you are losing about .3% with BS but you would need to give more details for a more exact answer including how many times you can split. You probably know a more exact figure for this anyway if it is your local game.

In summarizing this BJ is not 3:2 but 3,5:2
I can split 4 times(aces 2 times one card)
I think my edge must be between 0.5-1 %
Is there any variation by playing flat bet .5% edge?
