If the match play limits payouts to even money, then the short answer is craps. The longer answer is the game where you have the greatest advantage and a bet is offered with a max pay-out of 1:1. To minimize variance, bet both pass and don't pass, if allowed, especially if you have a large number of coupons.
If the match play does not limit you to even money, then I would use it at the game where you have the greatest advantage. That would be BJ for me.
