Level 2 Unbalanced Count?

I've been reading about the level 1 unbalanced counts. Does anybody know if there's such a thing as a level 2 unbalanced count? Not converting from running to true count really saves a lot of energy (energy I can put to better use in counting 1's and 2's IF it shows better EV. Thanks.

Single or Multi-Decks?

Is the unbalance count more suited for single/double decks or multi decks? And what are the comparisons? How much do you lose in EV compared to say Hi-Opt I as you add more decks? Is there a table that compares these factors between KO and UZII? Thanks again.
