Do you bet minimum until pivot then jump straight to max (8 units) or do you ramp up gradually?

I use IRC of 10, key 26 & pivot 34 with insurance at 33
Hold on a minute. For single deck, I am starting the IRC at -4 so I always thought the pivot point was zero and the key count was +2 which is where the ramp was initiated.
If you're starting at IRC -4, then your pivot is 0 (which is good if you want to transition to true counted TKO), but your key should be -2 -- everything -4 from what's in the book.
