ameristar- dd, 3-6 tables usually open, $25-5000, h17, das, no rsa. pen about 70%
harrahs- dd, about 2-6 tables usually open, $25-2500, h17, das, no rsa. pen about 60-70%.
argosy- dd, usually 3 tables, one w/ $ 15 min, others $25-1000. pen 50-55%, but one dealer closer to 60%.
isle- last time I went there, pen was less than 50% at dd.
a player cannot be barred for counting cards (says that in the Gaming Commission regs). They cannot single out a player and force a flat bet. They can and will cut the pen and Astar will prefential shuffle.
after about 10 years playing there, I think that I have gone to the well too many times. I can barely get one shoe completed before the countermeasures are taken.
