Junket offer

I'm going to accept a junket offer in Europe. I have to deposit $14,000 and play $100 minimum for at least 3 hours per day, to get my airline tickets and room comped. I have two choices:

(1) Flat bet $100.
(2) Spread $100 to $500.

I can have a small advantage if I spread 1-5 against 6D shoe. But my concern is, if they detect that I'm a counter, what will they do? Refuse to pay my junket? I would appreciate comments from experienced folks.

Need Legal Advise

Is this offer in print form? Is there any weasel words in the fine print? This could put them on the hot seat legally. But given it's Europe, suing them would be really tough.

Would they have the right to pull the plug in the middle of their promo, if they suspected you of being a C? (semi rhetorical question)

Good point

No, the offer is in e-mail format. I have requested a written letter to be mailed to me. Of course I won't go unless I receive something in print, preferrably with signature.

Let's not discuss how difficult to sue in Europe. Has anyone experienced heat during junket promo? What was the result?
