Is this the "Free Roll" mistake...?
On A. Snyder's other site there is an article about "How To Kill Your Blackjack Team" outlining the error of the "Free Roll" situation:

And there's also an article with a letter from B. Fisher outlining an approach to team play, where the wins are shared in a "new" way:

BUT isn't this "new idea" by Fisher subject to the same "Free Roll" mistake in the first article? If not, why not? I can't figure out the difference here: players in both cases are only being "paid" when there is a WIN and sharing losses when there are losses. SO...?
