6D, 1.5 decks cut off,DOA,DAS,S17. Table limits = $3 - $200. Im able to play 2 spots at table minimum (i.e I dont have to double my bet to play 2 spots,if that makes a difference). Im using a level 1 count.
Is this game worth playing? If so, is it worth Play All? There is only 2 tables so Wonging the room is out.

Making a single chip per hour while going into deep hole of 50 or more chips per each hour. It will take you a month or more to come back up to even. Forget about!

Using the Uston APC and simulating your game here's what I get.
Betting two hands at $3 each and going to two hands at $100 each, your ev is $41.25 per hour, for a win rate of 1.47%. You standard deviation per hour is $566.42 and ROR, assuming a $20,000 bank, is .58%. The DI is 7.28 and SCORE is $53.00/$50.35 (second number adjusting for multiple players). This assumes 100 hands per hour and three other players. Just so you know, adding late surrender gives an ev of $48.42 per hour; win rate of 1.73%; standard deviation of $552.54; ROR of .18%; DI of 8.76 and SCORE of $76.74/$72.90.
Also; you should know that getting 5.0/6.0 penetration and S17; DOA; DAS would yield an ev of $56.47; standard deviation of $622.46; ROR of .29%; win rate of 1.79%; DI of 9.07 and SCORE of $82.76/$78.15.
You have to be the judge of whether this game is worth playing. Discounting the ev for your system (likely not as powerful as the Uston APC), errors; etc. would probably yield a realistic ev expectation of around $35.00 an hour.

But 1 1/2 decks cutoff is borderline. 1 3/4 deck cutoff = don't play.
Watch carefully, maybe you can selectively play when their is 1 1/4 cutoff if this varies.
Also leaving when the count goes below -2 TC, only entering the game when the TC is +2, (or both), will improve your results.
You might get better answers if you gave your total bankroll, what type of minimum/max bets you are comfortable with, how much tolerance you think the pit would have to a large spread, and what risk level of going broke you want to be playing with.
Or you could spend a chip or two on a book called "Blackjack Attack" by Don Schlesinger, Chapter 10 of the book has charts which will give you the exact type of answers you are looking for.

Thanks SOTSOG for the advice. Pen usually varies at this place from 1.5 - 1.25 decks cut off. However, my gut feeling is that placing a bet for the dealer from time to time will help the pen. There is only 2 tables open in the mornings with no more than 2 others at the table. I dont anticipate much heat. BR = $200, betting $3 - $5 for about 3 hrs of play. Using a level one UN-balanced count. Should I even think about playing 2 spaces? If so when?

I'm not sure you understand what's going on. In order to have any kind of chance profiting from this game you need a large bet spread as well as a very large bankroll. If your minimum bet is $3, a 1 to 12 spread gives $36 as your maximum bet, which you would be making when you have close to a 2% advantage according to your count. As Cyrus mentioned, the win/100 is 1.06 which means on on average you can expect to win 1.06 units per 100 hands played. In your case you would be making $3.18 per 100 hands or approximately $3.18/ hour! Using this strategy with a $2400 or 800 unit bank you would still have a 13.5% chance of going broke! All this info can be found in Blackjack Attack by Don Schlesinger as well as tons of info on almost any game you will encounter.
What Double21 is saying is that if you always play 2 hands with a minimum bet of $3 on each hand (total of $6) and a maximum bet of $100 on each hand (total of $200) you could make about $35/ hour. This would be about a 1 to 33 unit bet spread. With a $20,000 total bankroll your risk of going broke is less than 1%. I can imagine that the standard deviation in such a game would be fairly significant and you could expect large fluctuations of your bank. Hope this helps.
