IS THIS GAME COUNT-ABLE?????

Please I need your help in this questions.
I live In Argentina ( yes, the colapsed one), In Buenos Aires city.
This are the rules for one of them:
DECK = 8
Pen = 75%
DD= 10 & 11 only
No DAS

But my question is for this: The dealer give the pair of card face-down. Then the players, on turn, look-up his cards just like the Poker players( slowly, one at time, close of his face) and then show the cards. Sometimes, if the card are bad, the player hurtle the card on the table, or manipulate the card, or wathever the player wish to do with the card in his hands.

The point is that the card are less time showed than the more usual games.
IS THIS GAME COUNT-ABLE???

It is countable as long as you can see the cards at all. If you miss some, the effect is the same as reduced penetration by the number of cards seen. If you will include the rest of the rules, like H17 or S17, and the spreads allowed, someone can help you with estimating ev.

It could be a good game, if they allow spreads of, say, $5 to 2x1000.

I'm not sure what you mean by "manipulate the cards", but if they don't replace the decks right after this happens, then they are open to potential cheating.

Argentina- government bankrupt, collapsing currency, riots in the streets, we can live with.. but this blackjack game you describe?

And yes, the player take the card in his hands. The dealer touch the card only to put it on the discard shoe.

A question; If a can't see a card, i must count it in the pen count??
