The Pi Yee Press guarantee
Is there a money-back guarantee on...
1) Any craps books guaranteeing an If not satisfied policy, then return for refund?
2) Any on-location craps influencing seminars that guarantee an If not satisfied policy, then all seminar tuition is returned?
This area fascinates me if what Ive read is true.
Anyone know for certain/sure/absolute on any of the above? Thank you.
I interpret your words as containing two questions. One question is precisely how much money will you collect from Pi Yee Press if you decide you want your money back? The answer is you will get back what you paid to Pi Yee Press, except for shipping. Example: Suppose you send $34.95 to Pi Yee Press for a book ($29.95 for the book and $5 for mailing it to you), and that book recommends a seminar, and you spend $1000 to attend the seminar. After the seminar is over, if you decide that you did not get full value for your money and you want a refund, how much refund can you expect from Pi Yee Press? The answer depends on who you paid to attend the seminar. If you paid $1034.95 to Pi Yee Press to buy the book, mail it to you, and attend the seminar, then Pi Yee Press would refund $1029.95. If the total you sent to Pi Yee Press was $34.95 in the form of $29.95 for the book and $5 postage, and you paid a third party $1000 to attend the seminar, then Pi Yee Press will refund $29.95 and the third party ought to refund the $1000.
Your second question seems to be how can Pi Yee Press offer such a liberal guarantee, especially considering that its primary clientele is advantage players? The answer is that Pi Yee Press does not allow itself to be victimized repeatedly. When you buy something from Pi Yee Press and request a refund, the refund will be sent promptly and you wont be asked to jump through any hoops. But Pi Yee Press will remember the refund. The next time you place an order with Pi Yee Press, your order might be filled, or it might be politely declined. If a second order is filled, and there is a second refund request, the second refund will be made as promptly and politely as the first, but you may never again be able to order anything directly from Pi Yee Press.
Its a guarantee policy that works. If you are running your own business, I suggest that you consider it. Offer a liberal guarantee. But allow a given customer to take unfair advantage of your liberal guarantee once only. Do not make a follow-up sale to a customer who you think took unfair advantage of your liberal guarantee.
