As many successful BJ players have had to travel internationally, are there still a dominance of SD or DD games?
Or, like Vegas has most of the world shifted to multi-deck shoe games on the international BJ scene?
I don't think anywhere except Las Vegas ever spread single-deck games. There was no change, most places started out with shoes and continued with shoes.
games at all of its clubs....Biloxi had many casinos with S17 DAS single deck at Jubilee, along with many other clubs,(Treasure Bay, President, Isle of Capri, Casino Magic) with S17 D10 rules for years. Single Deck faded out on the coast several years ago with only the Copa in Gulfport still dealing it s17 D10 and late surrender. Of course the single deck games in Tunica continue although in much less quantity than when the market first opened and almost every casino had large numbers of single deck games.
I've heard both $10 and $25 minimums are the only games; excluding the $100 minimum in the high limit areas.
What's the minimums and maximum bet spreads?

Anyone playing abroad these days, or do you know of Casinos elsewhere dealing SD other than in the Us?
It seems in Reno that because of Indian gaming Competition, the casinos are a little more tolerant of wide bet spreads in the *larger Casinos*, lately.
What scares me is will Northern Nevada one day go Multi deck or Shoe!
But I'm reading that with all the books and interest in BJ lately the industry has found that counters and BS players are actually working toward their overall favor.
In that, most players know just enough to hurt themselves.
Very few players spend enough time really learning the game adequately.

Many players in the high limit areas in Tunica I noticed DID NOT and HAVE NOT made their money playing BJ. They have been too buzy making a living in high finance type occupations than having the time and skills to adequately study the BJ game. Most of these 'rich cats' know just enough to endanger their bankroll. But they do not worry; more money is being harvested elsewhere.
It seems in Tunica, they do not want low limit, like $2-5 minimums, as too many locals from Memphis and elsewhere may start making a adequate living from these games *if* they were spread with that low of a minimum.
And as everyone knows, basicly the South is still under 'slave labor' or very low wages. It's not the low income people building those 'mansion-like casinos' along the River!
I played in the Caribbean, Central America, South America, Middle East, Asia, and Europe including Russia, and I have only encountered shoes, not even double deck.
You will find that the higher you go up in your average bet, the more you will gravitate to shoes. Can you still find a playable single deck game with $50 minimum that does not take the pit half an hour to nail you as a counter? Most high end 2 deck games on the strip are counter traps. Heck, I've been nailed at the Golden Nugget playing $25 min DD...
Word has it in Vegas, that $25 minimum game is watched like Fort Knox by the casino.
Play those games and get a Tatoo on your forhead saying "COUNTER"!
If you read (or read) Paradiser's post carefully on Greenchip. You'll find it is SD and ENHC, which means, non-USA.

In my opinion, one should only play these games as a mean to increase his/her bankroll. For example, if one has 50K BR and plays half kelly (I do), and TC in a single deck is +5, correct bet is 500$. This kind of play will certainly attract lot of attention and you`ll eventually get kicked out. Were you not to place a 500$ bet, you`d be underbetting your advantage. By the way, anybody know where I can get "no6/5" windshield and bumper stickers?
