Indexes question
Hi,
What are the correct DD indexes for the following situations (6D, S17, Hi-Lo):
- 9 vs. 3 (0 or -1);
- A-2 vs. 6 (-1 or -2);
- A-3 vs. 5 (-1 or -2);
- A-4 vs. 4 (0 or -1);
- A-5 vs. 4 (-2 or -3)?
The first numbers are taken from Stanford Wong�s �Professional Blackjack� and are specifically for four-deck game. The second indexes are generated with Casino Verite. The other DD strategy numbers almost coincide. And, why there are slight index differences among 4D, 6D and 8D, when the rules and TC are identical?
