index for AOII
where can I get indixes for the AOII? I need the for the following conditions: D on 9,10,11 only, noD on soft hands, DAS, split (including aces) up to a total of 3 hands, S17, Insurence but other side bets, noSur, additional bets as doubles or splits are lost against a dealers BJ, 6 decks. these are the typical conditions in all german casinos and in a lot of european casinos.
