IN trespass case appeals hearing today
Thomas P. Donovan is appealing a previous ruling concerning a 2006 trespass from Grand Victoria. The Indiana courts website has a few details: http://in.gov/judiciary/press/2009/1009b.html. They webcast some of their appeals hearings live -- it's not clear they're doing it with this. The hearing is at 1.30 p.m. local time today.
I don't know who Donovan is or what he's trying to accomplish. His counsel is a personal injury attorney. There used to be an ambiguous environment in IN with some casinos seeming to take the position that they could not evict you for counting, and others 86ing merrily. Not sure this case will resolve anything.
