I will play 10-100, if i want to "gamble" I will play $50 tables, hope I am better off now, sucks being young thank you for all your knowledge.
I would like to know how you "talk a few dealers into better pen" without sounding like a novice AP. What exactly do you say to them?

to try to get as close to the bottom without running out of cards. Worked with one dealer a few years ago downtown LV. The next day the dealer was on roulette. Was this dealer's scheduled day to be on the roulette table.
Such as: "Wow, you must really like to shuffle rather than have a real chance to make yourself a few more tokes".
