...make them pay their fair share, or give up their monopoly.
Even though 68 has no chance of passing (the campaign has already conceded defeat), it would be indirectly good for APs, IMHO. It would allow racetracks and cardrooms to have slot machines. They still wouldn't have real blackjack, but it would be a move towards real blackjack. Then we wouldn't have to drive 2 hours to the Indian reservations.
