How much can card counting improve in Baccarat?

I understand that there is no way to get profit from card counting on baccarat, but I still need it for some reasons.

Card Counting can help to marginally reduce the edge against you - but you will never realize a profit.

If you are trying to play baccarat for comps, we all understand.

There are some books on Baccarat Card Counting, but I suggest that you just read the section on Card Counting in Baccarat from "Theory of Blackjack" by the late great Peter Griffin, Ph.D.

You can buy it for about $2 online.

I have Peter Griffin's and John May's books. Have read some pages of Henry Tamburin's book and now trying to bit one on ebay. Also read Abdul Jalib's report.

They gave the data on "opportunity %"(+EV), but I need to know "How much improve(lose less) by card counting", and more...

I have those 4 books. Am not interested in Tamburin's BJ book.
Still want to pay $10 to read Tamburin's baccarat book. I guess its contents mainly hacked from TOB.

Tamburin's Baccarat Book is worthless; as is John May's "Baccarat for the Clueless" etc. etc.

In fact, ALL Baccarat Books are worse than worthless.

They have negative value, as they can mislead you into thinking that you can somehow gain an advantage at the game.

They do not even make good fire-starting material or insulation.

Peter Griffin did not suggest that you can play Baccarat to make money.

Only a huckster who is interested in selling you a book, a video, lessons, etc. will claim that baccarat can be beaten.

P.S. I have counted cards at Baccarat in order to play for comps - but I was perfectly aware that i was doing no more than reducing the house edge.

If a casino would offer a reduced "commission" on Bank Bets:

With a 4% commission the house edge is very small.
With a 3% commission the patron (betting only 'Bank') has the advantage.

I did not say I want to make money on baccarat table by card counting.

Traditional cardcounting will not give much. But if the shoe is dealt very deeply you could encounter favorable situations in the very last hands of the shoe. Imagine the situation where only 10's and picturecards are left - now you have an 800% advantage on the tie-bet.

Not sure about these TC correlate with the true EV?

Flash, Surely those baccarat books you canned can be used for something useful, like when you run out of toilet paper or something!

I just remembered reading somewhere about one situation where baccarat cardcounting could be useful. It's near the end of the shoe when (if) there are lot of tens remaining, making the 8:1 odds about ties lucrative. NB

Except the cut is 14 cards.
