You probably mean a shoe game - may be even CSM - with exceptional rules.My sim gave the following results for 1.5 decks penetration:
Neg. counts 40%,Neutral 20%,RC between 1 and 3 18%,4-5 9%,6-8 8%,9 or higher 5%.
I think you need at least an even game off the top to get something out of it.

My figures are meant to be used to calculate the win rate against a CSM with excellent rules.
2 decks is a totally diffent story.Sorry for the misunderstanding.
