No, it won't. I used to be able to get round this by hitting the monthly/periodic recurring bonuses. Though much less valuable than sign-up bonuses, there is a huge benefit in terms of reduced admin and bureaucracy in dealing with an operation that you know will pay you because they paid you before.
Unfortunately this isn't a viable option by itself anymore. Cryptologic bonuses have unilaterally vanished in the last month or so, which cuts out the possibility of making a living wage from this source alone.
Many people do everything, even crap operations like RTG with virtually 100% of cheating and/or at best stalled payment. This makes no sense at all to me.

This is a bit like asking "should I mark cards?". No, you probably shouldn't. If you get found out, which is quite probable, you will get blacklisted and you won't get a game anywhere. Their is a legitimate alternative, which is to train others and take a cut of profits, but its hard to persuade people to do this.
I notice a lot of people are getting into this stuff, but I'm sorry you are three years too late. You need to be looking at the next big thing.

That offer is just an indication of how not to run an operation. It would be better not to offer it, because it gives an impression of a clueless outfit likely to go bust and take the players money with it.

Actually, this is no longer true. Many Ecasinos have gone out of business (and taken customer money with them). It is very hard to attract ploppie deposits. Far too many deposit hurdles for the Joe Gamblers to jump over. I expect many more Ecasinos to fold this year (Starnet/World Gaming is first on my list).
Wagering requirements are increasing dramatically, and you won't be told this, but cheating is rampant at almost all the major brands of software (yes, I've seen sound evidence). It is subtle, and it is slight, but it is enough to destroy most of the edge you might have with a bonus. One of the largest SW groups is the biggest culprit.
In the past, the bonuses were large enough and the wagering requirements small enough to overcome the gaffed games. But that usually isn't the case any longer.
I suggest you keep precise records of your wagering and what EV you expect if you proceed with online gambling. It is the only way to know if this is worth you time.

First of all the Sands bonus wagering requirement is 20xBonus, not 20x (deposit and bonus). This is still high. I played there in the past two months, got even the first month,a nd won $5 the second. You won't get rich on that.....

I've played over $1/4 million of action at online casinos and my average bet is less than $4. That's a pretty good sample. I've had to play less than favorable games at many times like less than full pay VP and even slots.
My total return as of today is 99.16%.

Seems like people throw caution to the wind when playing poker online.Even someone with a tiny amount of poker knowledge can make easy money.

BHers that get scared off when things get a little difficult will actually increase the casinos take in, but drop overall action. It will be the people that actually stay with these casinos long after the initial sign up bonus has passed that will be getting the better deals. I've got well over 100 casinos installed on my PC and I can make as much as I did in my first year off the re-ups alone. This does not include sports books.

As far as arguing it's not easy money, my in comparison to when they began. I only just started, and to me it seems much more profitable (at least for awhile) than CC. That could be because I'm in Australia, and there are only 13 casino's in the country. Half of them are out for regular visits due to conditions or size. Therefore hours played are limited. On top of that I'm not 21 yet, so trips to America are out of the question.
Still, it's easy money. Low risk of busting, returns are pretty attractive. Only problem I see is getting your money, and I've had no problems so far (I'm sure I will, just that most will probally go fine).
