So, for years I used to receive offers in my players account at Caesers Inc for comped rooms in Las Vegas properties (typically up to 3 nights) or deals on hotel rooms and maybe some small perk, i.e. a $75 match play. Last time I was there was in 2019, and while I didn't stay there, I did play at some of their properties. With the pandemic winding down, I'm looking to go back sometime this year. I am receiving direct mail with comped rooms and special deals from other casino companies, but when I log into my Caesars account I have nothing. No offers, no promos.
Does anyone know if they just wholesale stopped all of that? Or is it me? Perhaps they rated me? In the past I've noticed a guy in a suit and mouthpiece standing in my blind spot behind me evaluating my play.
Essentially I'm asking if there is anyone out there who used to get those type of promos and if so, are you are still receiving them?
