Here are ones I use
I don't split tens but may in the future.
I don't know what the catch 22 indices are but here are the more rare ones I use.
These are for S17 6 deck DAS DOA
Hi-Lo (these are Wong's version)
8 v 4... 5
8 v 5... 3
8 v 6... 1
A,8 v 4... 3
A,8 v 5.... 1
A,8 v 6.....1
A,7 v 2.....0
A,6 v 2.....1
A,5 v 3.....4
A,3 v 4.....1
A,2 v 4.....3
A,2 v 5.....0
A,2 v 3.....7
A,3 v 3.....7
A,4 v 3.....7
(easy to remember)
15 v 9.....8
16 v 8.....7
Also, if you have a copy of Griffin's Theory of Blackjack, near the back of the book, he has a chart listing the importance of each index by a number rating.
I use Wong's version of Hi-Lo instead of CVDATA's generated indices because Wong's outperformed CVDATA's generated by about 25 cents when $5 is min.
