since many (most?) european casinos require passport identification, i was wondering if getting barred in one european casino will get you barred in the rest. how much communication is there between european casinos? do they communicate with american casinos (god forbid)?

Certainly here in England, after being barred from one you can expect to be barred from most within 7 days.baring will be notified by letter not on the premises so if you are a visitor the first you will know will be when you are refused entry on your next visit.
I used to use different names at different casinos in UK
When I was barred at one casino, was still ok at the others.
Even in the same group, EVEN the same casino later.
Although they had taken my photo, I think they would only
search from the black list when they suspect
Do they use the "face recognize system" now?
Once you get barred from the god-awfull British games you can concentrate on beating Vegas and Reno. Trust me, I'm a native British blackjack player(who was barred from the Connessuier Club in Kensington for tipping a cocktail waitress just 50 pence) who has seen the light.
