Front money vs. casino credit

I am considering using front money or casino credit on my next trip to a favourite downtown Vegas club. I visit this club about once every two years. I am leaning towards front money because,

1) I don't want to share my banking info with the casino cage.
2) I don't want to carry my $3000 trip bankroll in my pocket.
3) I believe front money will improve my comp considerations.

Question: Are these good reasons to use front money or are there other factors that I should consider? Should I even be using casino markers at all?

Any suggestions or alternatives would be appreciated.

In general, I'd say go for the front money. You might (or might not be) surprised at how many floor supervisors and CSMs are relaxed about a player simply because he or she is a known player. "Oh, they have front money, we know them. They're good, no need to worry."

That might not fly with the eye, but there are plenty (plenty!) of casinos where the floor could not give a flying edit WHAT surveillance has to say. Even something as simple as getting a players card will relax a lot of people who simply don't want to deal with the hassle of backing someone off.
