CR & GG
I've got a couple, though they're not necessarily my favorite because of liberal rules (having said that, I've seen WORSE rules than at these places):
Strip: Casino Royale. Because it's a fun environment and the staff are very friendly. I always have a really good time there, whether I've won or lost. Single deck pays 6:5, though, so don't bother unless you're playing from a shoe.
Downtown: The Golden Gate. Because it's also fun and unique and very old school (or what I think is old school, at least). They usually have a live piano player, which I think is fantastic fun that adds character and ambiance to a small, cozy, but usually not overly-crowded casino.
There are probably better places to play, especially to the BJ scientists and such. Personally, I get a headache after counting cards for extended periods of time, so I just play for fun, primarily.
