that's not what they use...
They look at key features of your face. Distance between eyes, distance from nose to eyes, etc. If you can get your nose moved, your eyes moved closer together or farther apart, your ears moved, etc, you might have a chance. Things like beard and so forth don't do much to thwart them since they are looking at key facial features, analyzing to locate those features, then looking at angles and distances to see if a match can be found.
