It's the kind of smart dude that seems to be a clairvoyant, he just knows all the cards that come out before she can, and you only win when you so disgracefully dump a vain chunk of toke for her. I'm not talking about hard losses. I've lost 50 units flat betting in several shoes (count was near even the entire time). No questions. It's in the face, the subtle humor during BS (basic strategy) play that seems quite out of norm which rings a bell, well maybe you should just be there.

Yes. Hop Wu. He does my oil changes and tire rotations. For more involved service work I still prefer the dealership, expensive as it may be.

Do you mean Kentucky or Katmandu? But here's a new twist. I had this uncanny knack for playing against Asian dealers that ratted on you to the pit that you were a high stakes counter if you didn't tip according to their tastes. One of the big reasons I turned my attention to poker.

I think I know that Machanic too. She's really fast & tough to beat,
and I lost 80 min bets within 4 hours. She usually
gets no customers at her table, even other tables are
full of losers. Gamblers won't play with her because
she's stuck at hands of 19s, 20s or 21s frequently.
Rumors have it that she may be the Machanic who also
performs professionally as an entertainer in
high-society Las-Vegas-night parties at a fee of $2,500 a night.
The good news is that there are other "weak" dealers from whom APs can milk money. So when in doubt, cut your crazy loss, get away from the unusual dealers, and camp down on other ideal ones, preferably the tired, flashable, error-prone, deep-pen dealers.

I'm new so if I say something dumb don't be angry. The mechanic (a dealer for a casino) just because she deals quickly and smoothly isn't she still subject to the same probability as any other dealer.
Why should she win more often?

A 'mechanic' is a card sharp, a cheat. A good one can manipulate the cards for his desried outcome and you will never be the wiser.

So you can see that a casino dealer, who also happens to be a mechanic, is not relying on the same probabilities you and I are.
