EV over 2% possible?

I had been on a different thread in which Don had nicely provided the results of a game that yielded a ev of .94%. I am not going to provide all the criteria as my next question in regards to maximum ev.

Is it ever possible to eclipse 2 to 3 percent with optimal conditions in place. If so, what type of game, spread, or conditions would it take in order to achieve a higher ev?

I know that a 1%-1.5% is capable but not sure if you can get much higher than this.

If you have BJA3, just look at the Chapter 10 charts for, say, 4.5/6 or better, S17, DAS (with or without LS), and a back-counting approach. All the edges are over 2.00%.

With straight counting, it would be hard to get over 2% with a play-all approach in a shoe game. With back-counting, see above.

Not sure if you remember but i bought your book a year ago and keep referring to it from time to time. Nice to know the percentages.

Seems like you can never find your self alone on one of these tables. In the past in Reno they have may single deck games. Thanks again.
