I'm looking for a basic strategy chart for European No Peak Blackjack where it is 6 deck, DAS, double on any two cards, surrender is allowed, stand on soft 17.
Wizard of odds has one, but it is only for double on 9.10.11 only.
Can anyone help?
It seems like the only good blackjack games these days are outside of Vegas!

The only differences with American rules occur when the dealer has a ten or an ace up since there is still the danger he might get a natural.
1. Dont double on eleven against either of those cards since you would lose all if he gets Blackjack.
2. For the same reason you don't split aces against the dealers ace.
3. You don't even split eights against 10 since instead of one inferior hand you would have two of them.
4. The same applies to 8/8 v Ace.
If surrender is allowed (very rare in Europe) you would of course take this option in the last two cases.
The BS for early surrender doesn't differ from the American Early surrender BS (published by Wong and others).
In the rare places where Early surrender is available in Europe, it's usually coupled with CSM. So no reason to emigrate:-).

Hi-Lo indices are 0, -2, and -5, respectively, vs. 14, 15, and 16, but -2 for 8,8.
You didn't mention if you can also late surrender vs. all other cards.

Since here we don't split 8/8 v 10 anyway the index is not -2 but the same as for a normal 16v10, in other words inoperating.

First to your comment: it's normal that you lose more than you win when you split eights because 8/8 v 10 is a very bad situation.
The point is that in Europe you will lose less if you just hit or stand.
As you seem to travel all over Europe it might be a good idea how to say thank you properly: it's Danke in Germany,Merci in France,GraziE in Italy (that's probably what you meant),Gracias in Spain and Obrigado in Portugal to name just the most important ones. Oh sorry:Spassiba in Russia.

So do the indices change with the above rules vs standard US? I use KO . If the count is high (+4), do I still double on 10 vs 10 or A? My guess is yes double the 10, but no, don't double vs A.
And I would think I would still stand on 15 vs 10 (if insurance is not available for any reason).

Under ENHC we never double on 10 versus 10 nor Ace.With a high count the danger of a dealer-BJ is even greater.
The only specific ENHC index you need to know is the one for 11v10: it's +3.
The way you treat 15v10 has nothing to do with insurance.You probably meant surrender and you already know that you should take that option.The hit/stand index is indeed the same as for American rules (+4).
