Efficiency of H17 strategy at S17

I don't own any sim programs; perhaps someone could help me out. If I have a basic strategy and Hi-Lo I18 tailored for a H17 DAS D8 single-deck game, what is the difference in EV between using the H17 strategy at a S17 table, and memorizing a new strategy and indices specifically for the S17 game? Assume a 1-5 spread and whatever penetration they give at the Vegas casino I'm talking about.

In other words, I'm wondering whether it's worth it to memorize the different strategy for the appealing but uncommon SD S17 game.

H17 vs S17

At SD and DD, there are only a few plays that have a large difference in the index numbers for H17 and S17 (16, 15 & 14 vs A, 12 vs 6). For these plays, I memorized the different index numbers for S17 when I first started playing. However, the SD S17 game is dead like the dodo bird, so I have since forgotten those numbers. The DD S17 is going the same way.

2 others I would recommend...

would be 13v6 and A7vA. There may not be many S17 games around for
SD and DD anymore but the 6 index variations described here are few
by comparison to what one needs for no DAS.

The only changes you will see between H17 and S17 is when the dealer up card is Ace, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6. When the dealer card is 7, 8, 9, or ten value, the index numbers will be the same for both games. This is because you cannot make a soft 17 with one of these values in the hand.
