The Indian casinos offer Blackjack games that can be beaten by card counters to attract customers to those games. But when a customer actually uses his or her brain to a degree to accomplish what the Indian's offer, then they want to call that smart casino player a "trespasser" and ban him from their casino for life, place his name and photo in a criminal type book, arrest him, jail him - all for doing what the casinos are inviting him to do.You can bet this is the primary reason behind this new bill.
