According to Cacarulo's tables on www.bjmath.com for 6 Deck DAS, the expected value is 0.026088, which is closest to 0 for BS plays. (You could double for an EV of -0.00504, but that would not be BS.)

17,18,19,20 or 21 against a face rather than a face's overall advantage over any hand, made or not. Although what you mention is interesting.

The answer is between 18 and 19.
10, 8: -0.17956 9, 9: -0.17108

I had the impression even 19 v T is a loser overall. Most EV tables assume dealer doesn't have a blackjack.
BTW, are these infinite deck numbers?

... Doesn't matter. I guess you were looking at A-7 and A-8. Not important. Go back to your normal activities. (Within reason. ;})
