Do we have Advantage on this?

If the Running Count is like 3 but 6 more decks left.
the True Count is 0.5 , do we have advantage on this ?( base on House edge 0.4%) Shall we make a BET? a Minium Bet or a lillte more? So far i am doing this, 10 Min, i bet 15, 15 min, i bet 20 in this sitrutation.

so how about the shoe just start and the Burn card is a Small card(even it is 5) It is Positive Count, RC=1, 7.99 Decks left...

Still disadvantage

1)Use the rule 1TC = 0.5%. So 0.5TC is 0.25%. -0.40 + 0.25 =-0.15%

2)EOR of 5 is 0.69% per deck.-0.4 +0.69/8 = -0.31%

No reason to bet more than minimum when you're still the underdog.

Agree with Francis, and

you should read Don Schesinger's "Blackjack Attack" for a complete discussion of backcounting as well as optimal entry and departure points. As Francis said, there's no reason to make a bet when you're still the underdog.
