Looking for an answer, yes, and maybe it is already given in Griffin's work. But hopefully I'll find the math behind the answer as well, though it might be too complicated for me.
How do you determine the frequency of distrubution of cards? I.e., what I really want to know is how many times during a 6d shoe 6 aces/tens will be placed into the discard tray together?
I'm pretty sure that given a random shoe I could figure out the frequency here, but how much does actual playing affect this? I would assume the grouping happens more frequently due to events such as blackjacks on the table being pulled immediately and paid, etc.
