Ok, the game is 2D, S17, No Resplits, DAS spread 1-100. I can bet 5 spots simultaneously, and can see all of my cards at once. I have a (near)perfect play BJ analyzer. My questions are:
Do I have an edge flat-betting 5 spots?
What is my edge/RoR if i bet 10,10,15,20,25?
What would be an optimal betting ramp?
I have BJ 678, but have had a hard time plugging in the sim,(I really suck at simming on that)
You have a penetration of approximately 2.7 (average cards per hand) multiplied by 5 and then add 1 card (the dealer's upcard), before the shuffle. That's 14.5 cards before the shuffle, or 14.5/104= 13.9 % pen. The No-ReSplits rule should make this a little worse.
Run a simulation for 2D, S17, No Resplits, DAS, 14% pen, spread 1-100, using all the indices of a strong PE system, see what you get.
dept charging only works on single deck.the great thing about sd Blitz was you had perfect insurance on 2 tens or less.the only time you would take insurance on your dd game is if none of the 5 spots has a ten(which doesnt happen often)That is really your only playing decision that is worth anything.with such shallow pen,you wont be able to deviate from basic strategy enough to get an advantage.when i made new index numbers for the SD bj blitz with 14 cards of pen,the index numbers were higher then the 60%pen SD numbers.i can only imagine how high the numbers would be on a dd game with 14 cards of pen.your better off playing the 10% bonus game on deposits and hope they pay you.
And you're certainly not going to catch me attempting to depth-charge a crappy single deck game.
