All basic strategy charts I've seen tell you to surrender (if it's available) a 16 vs the dealer's ace...and to hit 11 vs a dealer's ace..does this still hold true when the dealer peeks and doesnt have a 10 under....is the EV still higher to surrender the 16 vs the ace and hit (as opposed to doubling) the 11 vs the ace if you know the dealer doesnt have a blackjack...I've never seen this discussed and was curious if the "normal" basic strategy is still the way to play...thanx, pete
