Nonrandom shuffles

That implies that the dealers are cheating and you must tip to win. Is that correct?""
I don't think the dealers are cheating, but they may bend their house rules just a little bit. It has to do with how a dealer shuffle. A toked dealer may give a winning shuffle in favor of players, i.e., a nonrandom-shuffle. According to a bj guru, players can win at a rate of 28% against the casino if the fresh decks are not shuffled (especially a handsome win rate of 67% to a firstbaser!). Although we will never find some nonshuffled fresh decks of cards, but it follows that nonrandom shuffles are in favor of players, especially the firstbaser. A winning tip: Look for a tired dealer who has worked 2 shifts back to back in 2 casinos. The dealer is so tired & absent minded that he sometimes takes the cards from the tray right into the shoe without shuffling!
