CSM thoughts

Its weird,but my friends(cardcounters as well) told me that they always win against CSM(Even dealer told them,that the edge is against casino)6 Decks, S17, DA2, DAS, ENHC, Early10 surrender
At firstly i didnt belive them,but their statistic is extraordinary(7 times of 10 they win).And they play 4 hands flat bet,quicly,tons of hours)Then i argue them about mathematical probability,but they said,that CSM creates some card clombs(dealer bust more often).
CSM shuffles card clumsy
As well i know some players in this casino,who have been banned for playing CSM-s.
Is there any variation expert?Even mathematical casino .35% edge,should have given results already.Its unbelivable,that i and my friend are plus side against CSM.

You need to play about 100,000 hands before (1000 hours or so) your expectation reaches 1 standard deviation. These means that after 1000 hours, there is still a 1/6 chance they will be ahead. For two standard deviations they need about 400,000 hands, and there is still a 2.5% chance of being ahead.

but without more details of what they are doing, I can't really tell.

Are they flat betting every hand? Or are they sitting out hands? How often are the discards put back in the machine? How accurate are their win/loss reports?

If you send me email about they are doing, I could analyze it and let you know.

Continuous Shuffling Machine A machine used by some casinos in Blackjack games to shuffle the cards after every round. The dealer inserts the cards dealt in the round into the machine, which then mixes them up with the rest of the cards, supposedly at random. (Some teams claim to have exploited inherent non-randomness in CSM shuffling.) Although the Basic Strategist fares better in CSM-dealt games, due to the elimination of the Cut Card Effect (see entry), the Card Counter and the Shuffle Tracker can no longer beat the game. The casinos also benefit from the absence of down time associated with regular, dealer shuffling. Recent simulations, notably, show that the casinos' bottom line is adversely affected by the use of CSMs, under certain realistic assumptions.
