Couple of questions. RPC - Neutral Counts .

The Pivot is Zero in RPC so what is the Key count?

RPC seems to be more volatile than KO.
In comparison KO seems to be slow telling me the count is +.
Is this true or my mistake?

Can I bet a pattern or sort of random in neutral counts? Would my expectation be neutral? Would this sort of 1-3 unit random betting buy me cover?

Okay last question:
The only Casino employee I know told me that most people who can count in a casino count Hi-Lo or KO so would it not be easier to spot someone who was using those counts to play if that is true? And therefore a bit harder if a person is using a level 2 count?

There is no "pivot" or "key count" for RPC; it's a balanced count. Call the pivot zero if you like, but it isn't normally referred to that way. Depending on rules, decks, etc., you have the edge at either TC = +1 or +2.

Not more volatile; more accurate in assessing your advantage.

Neutral counts convey a house edge. No matter how you bet, you'll lose, on average, your total action times the disadvantage. 1-3 won't buy a lot of cover if you're spreading, say, 1-12 or 1-16.

Probably not. Hi-Lo and RPC are so highly correlated that it would be very rare indeed that two players each using the different counts wouldn't raise their bets in unison.
