On the software itself, CVBJ is the practice software, where you can actually play BJ, and the computer tells you how you do. You get to pick the counting system, the betting schedule, the house rules and limits, the speed of play, etc. The software tells you whenever your play contradicts your system/schedule. CVBJ also includes drills to practice counting and to recall index numbers.
CVCX is a simple simulator, but don't think that this means it isn't powerful. Most users will find that CVCX is the only simulator they need. In other threads here recently I've run a few sims for you using CVCX.
CVData is used to perform complex simulations, especially with side bets. CVData can also be used to develop new index numbers and entirely new counting systems.
