true count and indices
Producing fractional indices is a trivially easy matter.
Using them with precision is implausible and a waste of energy.
For purposes of cover, risk aversion, ease of use, etc. you should "floor" your fractionasl true counts - which means rounding them off TOWARD zero. Plus fractions are dropped and minus fractions are too. e.g. +1.8 = +1 while -.5 = 0 The "cost" to you is rather insignificant. IF you do this you will be adjusting your bets less often.
You will be wagering either minimally or randomly between -1 and +1 in games with fine rules and penetration, won't you ?
Always remember that the floor supervisor is looking for bet variation to justify his picking up the phone and having your play surveilled.
Playing longevity trumps betting/playing accuracy.
