Although you don't describe the rules, it is my assumption that you are playing a negative EV game, even though the house advantage may be slight. If you play a negative EV game long enough, you will lose.

Yep. More than common, it's almost certain that you'll lose in the long run with basic strategy.

What are the rules by the way?

1. Dealer stands on all 17s.
2. Double down on any two cards.
3. Double down on soft hands.
4. Splitting pairs, double down after splitting on both hands.
5. Splitting aces, only one more card, no doubling.
6. Checking for BlackJack if the first card of the dealer is an ace.
7. Shuffle after each round.

Single Deck BJ. No progression during a session. I hope I did not forget one rule. I thought online BJ is only possible with BS? Assuming that you can do both, the sim resulted in your having a .067 advantage over the house. Without those, it will be less. The real problem is how long you have to play. According to CVData, you would need to play about 3,000,000 hands to have about a 68% chance of hitting your number and about 12,000,000 to have about 98% chance of hitting that number.

How many hands per hour and how many hours have you played?

What do you mean that you losing �continuously�. If you mean that your overall result is negative, then this is not unusual, as other posters have suggested.

However, if you mean that you lose most of your sessions, then that is a different matter. Whether you have a slight positive or a slight negative expectation, you will have large fluctuations. You will win some of the time, and lose some of the time. Sometimes you will win big; and sometimes you will lose big.

With the rules that you announced below, you should have a slight advantage, if you are in fact playing perfect BS.

I think I have a psychological problem at the moment, but I never lost during such a long period. But now I read BEST ADVICE and I will try to stay in the game as long as my bankroll let me play.

The advantage to be gained from a good single deck game (is this Boss casino software or something else?) is just TOO SMALL of an advantage to bother with. As already mentioned, it would take THREE MILLION hands before you had a reasonable expectation of turning a profit with such a small advantage. The bankroll swings that you would experience could be disastrous while playing that much.

Just stop. Instead, find casinos that offer promotions that can be exploited for a high probability of profit.

Today it is very hard to find a Casino which gives a bonus worth playing, the managers learned their lessons quite well. Even the wagerlogic casinos changed their rules and the bonus offered by playtech casinos ($2400 for free) is merely a bad joke.
