There are 6 casinos within Foxwods. They are all Foxwods imho. I think they do this to psychologically make a player think that he's in another casino, but he's not. Not really. Same property. MGM is the name of their events center. Not sure if it's a casino, but I doubt Foxwods would use same cards as other MGM properties. I don't get player cards. Maybe someone who does can be more definitive
I almost always get cards. No card and big bets = quick call to surveillance. Cash back has probably acoounted for about 20% of my cumulative win at BJ. that is not counting comped rooms and meals. Without getting comped rooms and meals, most trips would be cost prohibitive. Once you get backed off on a card, if you come back giving no card you are at the same point.
I recently got a $1000 cash (chips) from a casino I was told no more BJ about a year ago. i went in got the chips, played them at craps table (a few hundred at a time), cashed out and left. Had I never given a card at this place, I probably would have been told no more BJ a lot sooner and probably missed out on about $5000-10,000 in cash/coupons + about 10 free nights and too many buffets.
I want to remain as anonymous as possible. When I go Fxwds, I don't stay there. I get a card in AC or Vegas for the place I'm staying, but nowhere else. To each his own. A non-counter friend of mine was overpaid ~$90 after coloring in. I don't remember exactly, but
< $100. The casino called him at home & told him he should return it the next time he came back to the casino. They found him on the tape & got his name from the card.
