Casinos with 18yr old age requirement?

My little brother is 19 years old and I want him to get some practice playing holdem and bj. Most casinos require you to be 21 to play in their casino. Some Indian casinos, however, allow you to play in their casino if you are over the age of 18. Chumash casino in Santa Ynez,California is one of the casinos that allow 18 yr olds to play. Are there any other California Indian casinos that allow 18 year olds to play in their casino? Does anyone know of others?

All I've seen do in the north

Every one that I know of within 50 miles of Sacramento does. However, the BJ rules are generally on the tight side. I think Thunder Valley is still all CSM for BJ. Casche Creek is probably the best near Sac. They play a lot of Hold 'em and many BJ 6 D tables.

I know Barona...

..in San Diego USED to be 18, although they might have changed that when they built the new hotel/casino and started serving alcohol...you should just give em a call and check around...
